A Dealfa item requires a long working process, which ends with the finishing of the product, the last phase of the manufacturing process.
The finishing consists of the application of rivets and small metal parts, hinges and any type of closure needed for the product in question.
The metal parts applied to the leather are of a truly varied nature and can be of 4 colors: gold, old gold, nickel and gunmetal.
The hardware consists of many different pieces: snap buttons, eyelets, connectors, snap hooks, buckles and zippers. All essential finishes for the functionality of the item.
The choice of the nature and color of the small parts will be made based on the model, the color of the product, the design applied on the leather, the engraving and the thread used for sewing. It will therefore respect the details of the bag.
To apply the rivets we will use the pressure of a hammer or we will use a press. Once the rivet is placed in the functional position for closing the product, the right pressure will be applied.
The position of the small parts or of the various accessories is already programmed from the product model. Nothing is left to chance, each step of the manufacturing process is connected to the previous and the next, in a perfect harmony that regulates the birth of Dealfa products.
