Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
- It must not have been used or damaged.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: Returns are not accepted for custom-made or personalized products, unless they have manufacturing defects.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Log in to your account on our website (www.dealfa.com) and follow the instructions in the "Returns" section.
- Alternatively, send us an email at info@dealfa.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
We will provide you with all the necessary instructions to complete the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dealfa.com.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@dealfa.com, including details and a photo of the defect.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
