1. Processing Times All of our products are handcrafted. Orders containing artisanal products, which require dedicated production, may take up to approximately 3 weeks to be completed. This timeframe varies based on the product's complexity and the availability of materials. Once your product is complete, we will proceed with the shipment.

2. Shipping Times Shipping times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Italy: 2-5 business days

  • Europe: 5-10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, public holidays, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight, destination, and the chosen shipping method.

  • Free Shipping in Italy: We offer free shipping within Italy for orders of €150 or more. For orders under €150, the shipping cost is €10.00.

  • Free Shipping in the European Union: We offer free shipping within the EU for orders of €300 or more. For orders under €300, the shipping cost is €30.00.

  • Free Shipping Outside the EU: We offer free shipping to non-EU countries for orders of €500 or more. For orders under €500, the shipping cost is €50.00.

4. Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can also log in to your account on our website (www.dealfa.com) to view your shipping details.

5. Shipping Zones We currently ship worldwide. However, some destinations may be subject to restrictions or additional charges. If this is the case, we will contact you with more information.

6. Undelivered Orders If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address or recipient not present), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees will be your responsibility.

7. Damage During Transit If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dealfa.com, attaching photos of the damaged package and product. We will proceed with a replacement or a refund, where applicable.
