All products are handcrafted. Some items may no longer be available but can be reproduced upon request with a production time of approximately 3 weeks.

Product characteristics, including dimensions and materials, may vary slightly due to their unique handcrafted nature.

We reserve the right to modify products without prior notice.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

5.1 Prices

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Digital payments supported by Shopify (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank transfer

All transactions are securely processed via Shopify Payments or third-party payment providers.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

6.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability. For handcrafted products, production times can extend up to 3 weeks. Delays do not entitle customers to compensation claims.

  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 How to Request a Return

Customers can initiate a return request directly through their account on our website (www.dealfa.com) by following the instructions in the "Returns" section.

Alternatively, they can:

  • Send a written request via email to info@dealfa.com.
  • Return the product in its original condition as received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

8. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

8.1 Legal Warranty

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).

8.2 Return Conditions for Defective Products

Any defects or non-conformities must be reported within 2 months of discovery by sending an email to info@dealfa.com.
